On October 18, 2018, BOHECO I inaugurated its newly installed 5-MVA Substation in Sagasa, Balilihan, Bohol. The substation is named Victoria M. Chatto 5-MVA Substation in honor of her invaluable contribution to BOHECO I as an incorporator and a director of district 3 comprising the municipalities of  Balilihan, Catigbian and San Isidro. This substation will be serving the municipalities of Balilihan, Catigbian and a portion of Cortes particularly the barangays of Fatima, Rosario and Patrocinio.

The invited guests were Bohol Governor Hon. Edgardo M. Chatto as the guest speaker, Balilihan Mayor Hon. Pureza V. Chatto, Sagasa Barangay Captain, members of the Board headed by Board President Marcial P. Degamo, Management and Staff headed by GM Dino Nicolas T. Roxas. The ceremonial switch-on followed after their messages had been delivered.

Rev. Fr. Alvin Pusta, the Parish Priest of Mount Carmel Parish in Balilihan officiated the Holy Mass and the final blessing of the substation.
