UPDATE OF ACCOUNT NAME: 1. Valid ID and photocopy 2. If dili pa Membro, mo comply sa new membership requirements 3. If patay na ang nakapangan sa account, photocopy sa death certificate 4. Brgy certificate nga nagpamatuod nga ang nagpachange sa acct is resident sa maong barangay ug sila na ang nagpuyo sa balay 5. Kung ang property na acquire through sale, photocopy sa deed of sale.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT APPLICATION (Applicable rani sa mga RESIDENTIAL consumers nga nagconsumu ug monthly average nga 100kwh paubos): 1. SC iD and photocopy

LIFELINE DISCOUNT APPLICATION ( applicable rani sa mga RESIDENTIAL consumers nga nagkunsumu ug monthly average nga 17 kwh paubos ug dapat ang applicant nagpuyo sa maong balay) 1. 4Ps ID and photopy 2. If dli pa member mo comply sa requirements sa new membership 3. If nagrent ang applicant, certification sa lessor nga tenant sila or brgy certificate nga resident sila sa brgy 4. If indigent but wala pay ID sa 4Ps, magdala ug certificate gkan sa Municipal Social Welfare Office
