Reason: Reconfiguration of the existing 69kV switchyard inside Ubay Substaion - NOTE: Carmen, Batuan, Bilar, Dimiao (Oac, Malijao, Cadap-agan, Canhayupon, Lapsaon, Cabanbanan, Canlambong) will be de-energized from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm to facilitate the Replacement of Pole in Carmen and Bilar.
