WHEN:  Sunday, April 19, 2026 from 06:00AM to 8:00AM and 4:00PM to 6:00PM.

WHERE: 

• Municipalities of Sagbayan, Inabanga (San Jose), and Catigbi-an(Maitum to Kang-iras)
  Reason: Reconfiguration of the existing 69kV switchyard inside Ubay Substaion
• NOTE: Carmen, Batuan, Bilar, Dimiao (Oac, Malijao, Cadap-agan, Canhayupon, Lapsaon, Cabanbanan, Canlambong) will be de-energized from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm to facilitate the Replacement of Pole in Carmen and Bilar.

WHY: Replacement of broken pole in Brgy. Luyo, Dimiao.
